Bee Keeper for Rosh Hashana

As Rosh Hashana approaches, many Hebrew Schools take their children on apple picking trips or host an educational shofar factory workshop. But who ever thought of bringing in a beekeeper?

In Mequon, WI, Rabbi Moshe Rapoport says students get to see the ins and outs of how honey is made with a special visit from a local beekeeper. What better way to start off the year than by exploring the fascinating world of bees and leaving children with a sweet taste in their mouths?
